摘要
采用胃康汤治疗气虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎３６例，并以三九胃泰治疗２４例为对照。结果显示：胃康汤在改善临床症状、胃镜疗效、抑杀幽门螺杆菌方面均优于三九胃泰（Ｐ＜０．０５）。虽然病理积分总有效率比较两组无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），但治疗组治疗前后的积分比较显示，胃康汤在减轻炎性细胞浸润、充血水肿、阻断胃粘膜腺体萎缩方面具有显著效果（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
36 cases of the atrophic gastritis Qi deficiency and blood stasis treated by Weikangtang were compared with 24 cases of the atrophic gastritis treated by 999 medicine.The result shows that Weikangtang is superior to 999 medicine in killing helicalbacter pylorus,improving the clinical symptom,observing the treating effect by gastroscope(P<0.05).There is no much difference in pathologic marks between the two medicine(P>0.05).After the treating course we find that Weikangtang has a good effect in reducing cellular infiltration.congestive hydroncus and preventing the atrophy of gastric mucosa(P<0.05).
