摘要
目的:观察藿朴夏苓汤加减治疗脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将83例脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎患者随机分为两组,对照组41例予口服奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑片治疗;治疗组42例在对照组治疗的基础上加服藿朴夏苓汤加减治疗。2组均以6周为1疗程,疗程结束后2周复查胃镜,做幽门螺杆菌检测,并于治疗后1年随访,观察其复发情况。结果:治疗组临床痊愈12例,显效15例,有效14例,无效1例,总有效率97.62%;对照组临床痊愈7例,显效13例,有效12例,无效9例,总有效率78.05%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。Hp根除率治疗组为92.86%,对照组为70.73%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1年随访,复发率治疗组为5.3%,对照组21.6%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎疗效好,复发率低。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Huo-pu Xia-ling Decoction on chronic gastritis belonging to splenogastric hygropyrexia syndrome. Method： 83 cases with chronic gastritis belonging to splenogastric hygropyrexia syndrome were divided into two groups randomly. 41 cases in control group were treated by omeprazole, amoxicillin and arilin. And 42 cases in treatment group were treated by Huo-pu Xia-ling Decoction as well as above treating. The treatment course included 6 weeks. After 8 weeks all the cases were rechecked by gastroseope and Hp detecting. And after 1 year recidivation of chronic gastritis were observed. Result： In treatment group 12 cases were cured, 15 cases were excellent, 14 cases were effective, and 1 cases were ineffective. The to- tal effective rate was 97.62%. In control group 7 cases were cured, 13 cases were excellent, 12 cases were effective, and 9 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 71%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0. 05）. In follow - up visit after 1 year recurrence rate was 5.3% in treatment group and 21.6% in control group. There was also significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of therapy of combination of TCM with western medicine is good on chronic gastritis belonging to splenogastric hygropyrexia syndrome, and recurrence rate is low.
