摘要
目的调查某省级综合医院护士心理健康状况,为护理管理者决策提供依据。方法采用全员普查方式对符合纳入标准的668名护士,采用SCL-90的调查表进行问卷调查。结果某省级综合医院护士心理健康状况调查与国内常模比较,SCL-90调查表的9个症状因子中有5个包括躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑和饮食睡眠,分值高于常模;调查总分和总均分也高于常模。结论护士的心里健康状况欠佳,与护理职业的特殊性及复杂性有关。护理管理者需要重视护士的心理健康,合理配备人力资源,强化专业水平,改善护士心理健康水平。
The purpose of the investigation of a provincial general hospital mental health nurses for the care managers provide the basis for decision-making.
