摘要
将自行设计制作的弹力止血胸带用于乳腺癌根治术后的止血，经临床观察，这种胸带可减少手术创面的渗血渗液，有利于植皮成活，预防术后感染；弹力止血胸带具有较好的伸缩性，且压力稳定，避免因包扎过紧带来的副损伤。结果表明，62例乳腺癌根治术后的病人无1例出现显性渗血，切口Ⅰ期愈合率达80．6％。
Applying the Self-made elastic chest stop bleeding band to stopping bleeding after effecting a radical care of breast cancer haa proved by clincical research to reduce the ozze of operating wounds. The band is favourable to make the skin graft alive and prevert the infection after the operation. It is of better elasticity and stable pressure. It can avoid side effect caused by binding up too tightly. The result of the application showed thet none appeared appearent ozzes amog 62 cases and the healing rate of the first phase reached 80.6%.
