摘要
教学督导是高校教学管理体系的重要组成部分,文章分析了我国高等医学院校教学督导工作的现状及其存在的问题,并探讨其发展趋势,以期有助于进一步完善教学督导制度,提高医学教学质量。
Teaching supervision is an important component of the teaching management system of higher schools. The paper analyzes the current situation and problems of teaching supervision in China medical colleges, and discusses the trend for the purpose of improving the system of medical teaching and promoting the quality of medical education.
