摘要
根据汽车左/右侧前横梁的形状、尺寸及材料,经工艺分析与计算,设计了修边冲孔复合模,并介绍复合模的结构与工作过程。复合模结构合理,生产效率高,保证了零件的质量。
A trimming and punching compound die for the left and right front side crossbeams in an automobile was developed based on technological analysis and calculation on the parts' shapes, dimensions and materials. The structure and working principle of the die were presented.
