摘要
为了解卷烟烟气水分变化对感官舒适度的影响,在卷烟烟丝中添加甘油调节卷烟烟气水分,并对实验样品进行感官评吸,采用模式识别方法分析了卷烟感官舒适度随烟气水分的变化规律。结果表明:①烟气水分对卷烟的感官舒适度有较大的影响,适宜烟气水分是3.77%~4.58%,相对应的甘油添加量为0.50%~2.00%;②甘油添加剂能调节卷烟烟气水分,但是添加量大于3.00%对卷烟感官舒适度有负面影响。因此在卷烟设计中控制卷烟烟气水分能提高卷烟感官舒适度,甘油添加剂是一种能够提高卷烟烟气水分的外加物质。
In order to investigate the effect of moisture content in cigarette smoke on sensory coziness, glycerol was added to cut tobacco to regulate smoke moisture content, the sensory quality of experimental samples was evaluated, the relation between sensory coziness and moisture content in smoke was analyzed by pattern recognition. The results showed that: 1) sensory coziness was greatly affected by moisture content in smoke, the appropriate moisture content ranged from 3.77% to 4.58% , and the corresponding glycerol addition rate was from 0. 50% to 2.00% ; 2) the moisture content in cigarette smoke could be regulated by adding glycerol, while sensory coziness would be negatively affected when glycerol addition rate was over 3.00%. Therefore, controlling moisture content in smoke in cigarette design can improve sensory quality, and glycerol is an additive that can increase moisture content in smoke.
