用数字图像处理技术评价沥青混合料均匀性 被引量:32

摘要 用数字图像处理技术获得试件截面图像,通过集料的分布状态研究了沥青混合料的均匀性。研究结果表明,使用彩色石料区分粗、细集料,并利用彩色阈值直接分割图像,可以消除在试件截面剖分过程中颗粒位置的随机分布造成的影响;选取5种典型的沥青混合料级配,采用颗粒面积比的变异系数作为均匀性评价指标,能够定量评价沥青混合料的均匀性;对各级配的均匀性指标与各档粗集料分计筛余百分率进行线性回归,其复相关系数为0.976。 The section images of asphalt mixture specimens were acquired by the digital image processing technique, and the asphalt mixture homogeneity was studied from the aggregate distribution directly. The results indicate that the effect of the random distribution of the aggregate particle over the section of cut specimen may be eliminated when the colored aggregates are used to distinguish the coarse and the fine aggregates, and the color threshold is used to segment the image. the homogeneity of the asphalt mixture can be evaluated quantitatively choosing 5 typical asphalt mixture gradations and using the variability of particle area ratio as homogeneity evaluation index. The linear regression was made between the homogeneity indexes of each gradation and the subtotal triage of the coarse aggregate, and its complex correlation coefficient reaches 0. 976.
