摘要
目的:探讨高原红细胞增多症患者的化学感受器功能状态;方法:采用一口气法及不固定二氧化碳分压的低氧通气反应测定法,对高原红细胞增多症患者及正常对照组的化学感受器功能进行对比研究;结果:高原红细胞增多症患者存在着低静息每分通气量,动脉血氧饱和度降低,周边化学感受器功能降低。虽然低氧通气反应的斜率和对照组无明显差异,但通过血氧饱和度为70%时的每分通气量进行比较,仍可发现低氧通气反应降低;结论:高原红细胞增多症患者存在着化学感受器功能降低,关於测定方法及评价应根据高原特点综合考虑。
Objective:To test the function of chemreceptor in patients with High Altitude Polyeythemia (HAP).Methods:The chemoreceptor sensitivjties (CS) were mensured by single breath method and poikilocarbic Hypoxic Ventilation Response(HVR).Results:Compare with control group,lower rest ventilation,oxygen saturation and peripheral chemoreceptor sensitivigy are existed in HAP.Although the slopes of HVR are not different between two group,Minute Ventilation(MV) in same SaO2 are lower in HAP.Conclusions:Lower chemoreceptor sensitivities are existed in HAP.The methods to choose for measuring and evaluating CS should consider the condition of high altitude.
