摘要
企业集群是一个有较强生命力和创新力的经济组织形式,已成为一种世界性的经济现象,越来越引起各方关注。作为一种经济组织形式的企业集群,主要依托于当地的文化环境。充分发挥集群的竞争优势,提升区域竞争力,就必须对文化环境进行深入分析,探讨文化创新的路径。然而,企业集群文化的发展远远滞后于经济的发展,集群内普遍缺乏文化氛围的推动支撑。本文基于社会资本的视角,考察了企业集群发展的社会关系网络,提出企业集群的持续发展应通过培育共有的集群文化,形成共同的文化根脉。
Enterprise Cluster, a form of economic organization of great vitality and innovation, has become a world-wide phenomenon and drawn attention from all walks of life. As a form of economic organization, enterprise cluster basically relies on local cultural environment. In order to bring into full play the competitive advantage of enterprise cluster, and enhance regional competitiveness, analysis should be made on the cultural environment and a new approach to cultural innovation sought after. Nevertheless, the development of culture of enterprise cluster is far lagging behind economic development, and the internal enterprise cluster has been lacking in promoting support. From the view of social capital, the paper investigates social relations network in the development of enterprise clusters, and concludes that sustainable development of enterprise clusters can only be obtained through cultivating the cluster culture, and forming common cultural roots.
