摘要
对职教集团而言,其主要利益相关者是职教集团中的龙头学校、成员学校、企业(行业)。本文对职教集团的主要利益相关者及其关系进行研究,认为职教集团持续发展的关键,是必须兼顾多元办学主体的利益,遵循利益相关者权益平衡的原则。
To a vocational education group, the central owners are the chief school, the member school and the corporation （industry）. Based on the study of the owners and their connection, this article thinks that the key to the development of vocational education group is to follow the fundamentals of the owners＇ rights and interests being in counterpoise.
