摘要
从农村金融资源的投入、产出两个方面设计8个指标,构建农村金融资源配置的指标评价体系,利用主成分分析法,对中国西部各省市自治区(除西藏)的农村金融资源配置效率进行了测度与比较。分析结果表明,西部地区农村金融资源的配置效率较低,各省市之间配置效率也存在较大差异。
Eight indexes were designed from the input and output of rural financial resources to construct an index evaluation system of financial resource allocation in rural areas. Principle component analysis is used to measure and compare the efficiency of rural financial resources allocation in provinces and autonomous regions （except Tibet） in western regions of China. The results show that the efficiency of financial resource allocation in western rural areas is comparatively low, and the efficiency of different provinces and autonomous regions varied a lot.
