摘要
分析了中国高校教师继续教育的必要性和现状,并针对存在的问题,从十个方面提出了加强中国高校教师继续教育工作的措施和途径。加强高校教师继续教育,提高高校教师的教学科研水平,是关系到中国高等教育乃至经济社会发展的大事,必须抓紧抓好。
This article has analyzed the necessities and the present situations of our country university teachers＇ continuing education, and it aiming at the existence of the questions, proposed the measures and the ways from ten aspects to strengthen our country university teachers＇ continuing education work.
