摘要
根据还原气氛条件下硫由钢水向炉渣扩散转移的基本原理,通过改进造渣工艺,过程温度控制,优化吹氩工艺,精炼过程还原气氛控制,精炼喂线精确控制等一系列强化手段,籍以炉渣性能判断及调整与改善,提高了LF炉脱硫效率,缩短精炼时间,提高生产运行效率,降低了生产成本,为今后开发生产高纯净度低硫钢打下良好基础。
According to the basic principle that sulfur in molten steel spreads to slag at a deoxidizing atmosphere, by improving slag making technics, process temperature control, argon blowing optimization, deoxidizing ambience control in refining process, accurate control of refining wire feeding, and other strengthening measures, through the improvement of slag performance, the desulfurizing efficiency of ladle furnace is improved, refining period is shortened, production efficiency is also improved, and the production cost is reduced, which can lay a good foundation for the development and production of high-purity low sulfur steel in the future.
