摘要
滑石粉为层状硅酸盐矿物,对疏水有机物具有很强的吸附性。本研究用AKD对其疏水改性后用于纸张施胶。结果表明,改性时AKD与滑石粉质量比越高,在同样加填量下,纸张的施胶度越高,且AKD吸附于滑石粉上,并未降低AKD的施胶效果,纸张抗张强度却明显提高。AKD对滑石粉的最佳改性工艺条件为:温度60℃,搅拌速度8000r/min,搅拌时间5min,pH6。
Talc is a layered silicate mineral with high adsorption capacity for hydrophobic organic substances. Talc was modified by AKD and used in paper sizing. The results indicate that for the same filling amount, the higher of the mass ratio of AKD to talc, the higher sizing degree of paper, and adsorption of AKD on talc powder do not decrease the sizing effect of AKD, whereas the tensile strength of the sized paper increases. The optimal modification conditions: modification temperature 60℃, agitating rate 8000r/min, mixing time 5min and modification pH6.
