摘要
在分析天然气商品和客户特点的基础上,从用气水平、用气特性、信用状况和发展潜力等4个方面构建了含有10个评价指标的天然气客户价值评价体系。采用层次分析法建立了天然气客户评价的数学模型,经初步征求专家意见对各指标重要性进行了比较、打分、权重计算,并选用某管道上的部分实际数据进行了初步评价。设计的模型能够根据天然气市场的区域特征和供需态势的变化,对判断矩阵进行适时调整,具有较强的适应性。
Based on analyzing the characteristics of natural gas commodities and customers,the natural gas customer evaluation system containing ten evaluation indicators in the four aspects of the level of gas consumption,the characteristics of gas consumption,the credit status of customers,and the development potential of customers was established. The mathematical model of natural gas customer evaluation was established by adopting the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). After taking advice of experts,the importance and the corresponding weights of the indicators were compared,marked,and calculated. Part of actual data of a pipeline was selected for preliminary evaluation. The model can adjust the judgment matrix timely according to the regional characteristics of the natural gas market and changes in supply-and-demand situation,thus the model has a strong adaptability.
