水稻对紫外光B辐射增强的生化适应机制 被引量:18

Biochemical Mechanism of Acclimation of Rice(Oryza sativa L. ) to Supplemental Ultraviolet-B Radiation

摘要 水稻品种IR68和Dular生长在室外条件下,在以自然条件(6.0)、13.0和19.1 kJm^(-2) day(-1)(分别模拟臭氧浓度下降20%和40%时的UV-B强度)的紫外光B(UV-B 280~320nm)进行二周与四周的照射处理,研究UV-B对水稻叶片内一些生化指标的影响。研究结果表明:UV-B辐射增强诱导了二个水稻品种叶片内吸收UV的类黄酮化合物的积累,同时使叶片内多胺的含量明显提高。然而,19.1 kJm^(-2)day^(-1)的UV-B辐射显著抑制了IR68和Dular叶片内的过氧化氢酶和SOD酶的活性。UV-B强度的增加比处理时间的延长对这些指标的影响更明显。以上结果说明,水稻是通过吸收UV的类黄酮和多胺的积累而不是以提高抗氧化酶的活性来适应UV-B辐射增强的。 Two rice cultivars IR68 and Dular were grown in an outdoor experiment treat ed by ambient, 13.0(stimulating 20% ozone depletion) and 19.1 (stimulating 40% ozone deple tion) kJ m-2 day-1 of biologically effective ultraviolet-B(UV-B) for two and four weeks to study the effect of supplemental UV-B radiation on the several biochemical indices in the leaves of rice. Accumulation of UV-absorbing flavonoids induced by UV-B radiation was observed in both culti vars. Polyamine levels in the leaves of IR68 and Dular were significantly increased by UV-B radi ation at week 2 and 4. However, catalase and superoxide dismutase activities in both cultivars subjected to 19.1 kJ m-2 day-1 UV-B radiation decreased obviously at week 2 and 4. The bio chemical parameters mentioned above were more sensitive to the UV-B radiation dose than the UV-B treatment time. These results showed that the tolerance of rice to supplemental UV-B ra diation involved in the accumulation of UV-absorbing flavonoids and polyamine not through the increase of activities of antioxidative enzymatic system.
