摘要
以社会资本理论为立足点,运用个案研究和专家无结构式访谈的方法,最终得出:对于个人求职而言,强信任关系能使个人获取理想的职位或职位流动机会达到最大化。中国篮球教练员之间是强信任关系,这种强信任关系导致了篮球教练员在职业地位获得过程中"业缘"、"地缘"的形成,它对我国篮球教练员的成长产生了一定的消极影响。
From the view point of social capital, we used the research methods of literature, case study and unstructured interview with expertise to study the professional position of basketball coaches. For the individual application, the strong trust relationship will make personal access to the ideal position or chances of mobile posts maximal. The strong relationship of trust among Chinese basketball coaches result in the form of business relationship and geopolitical relationship, and may have negative influence.
