摘要
目的探讨银杏叶注射液所致不良反应的一般规律及特点,以指导临床合理用药。方法检索1994～2008年国内医药期刊报道的银杏叶注射液所致不良反应案例,并进行统计、分析。结果银杏叶注射液所致不良反应在高年龄组发生比例较高,多在用药过程中30分钟内发生。不良反应累及机体多个系统器官,主要表现为变态反应,严重者可出现呼吸困难或过敏性休克。结论临床医师、药师应重视银杏叶注射液的不良反应,坚持合理用药。
Objective To study the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reaction ADRs associated with in 26 cases, rep suits ADR. of ginkgo leaf injection to guide rational drug use. Methods ADR of ginkgo leaf injection orted in domestic medical journals during 1994-2008, were collected and analysed. Re- ginkgo leaf injection often occurred in aged group. The onset of ADR was usually within 30min after injection. ADR could involve multiple organs and systems, and clinical manifestations were various, mainly allergic reactions. Severe allergic reactions could result in dyspneic respiration and anaphylactic shock. Conclusion Clinical physicians and pharmaceutist should pay attention to ADR of ginkgo leaf injec-tion and persist in rational drug use.
