摘要
本试验建立了包被已知抗原，检测未知抗体的间接ＣＩＡ－ＥＬＬＩＳＡ方法。包被抗原为ＭＤＣＣ－ＭＳＢ１Ｃｕｘ－１株上清，与血清样品作用，加酶联兔抗鸡ＩｇＧ后，与底物５－氨基水扬酸显色，并制定了合理的判定标准。此方法特异性好，操作简便，适于大批鸡群抗体水平检查，并为免疫监测提供可靠技术手段。
In present study,the indirectELISA with coating Rnoron antigen was established to detect the CIAantibody.The procedure of the method is that coating antigen from supernatant of MDCCMSB1 Cux1,reacted with the samples of serum or eggs and goat antichicken IgG(H+L),colored by 5-Aminosalicylic AciclAccording to the reasonable standard for deciding,results demonstrated that the method is speific,for deciding,results demonstrated that the method is speific simple and suitable for the detection of the average CIAantibody on chicken flock.
