摘要
目的研究剖腹产术后硬膜外镇痛的罗哌卡因最低运动阻滞浓度。方法30例ASAI级的择期剖腹产病人,采用上下序贯法用不同浓度罗哌卡因行硬膜外镇痛,术后12和24h评价镇痛效果和运动阻滞情况。结果罗哌卡因的最低运动阻滞浓度MMLAC为0.301%(95%可信区间0.280%~0.334%)。结论罗哌卡因用于剖腹产术后镇痛的最低运动阻滞浓度为0.301%。
Objective To determine the motor block minimal local analgesic concentration (MMLAC) of epidural ropivacaine for cesarean patients. Methods MMLAC, defined as the 50 % effective concentration (ECS0) of femoral articulation blockade, was determined by up-and-down sequential method in 30 patients undergoing selective cesarean. Result MMLAC of epidural ropivacaine estimated in this study was 0. 301% with a 95% confidence interval of 0. 280% to 0. 334 %. Conclusion There is a range of epidural ropivacaine concentraion to produce satisfactory analgesia with little motor block and the result of this study can help to choose a proper ropivacaine concentration for cesarean patients
