摘要
[目的]为掌握不同因子对蝌蚪发育过程的影响。[方法]于2006年5～8月,研究了不同温度、不同饲料、不同甲状腺激素浓度对蝌蚪生长发育的影响。[结果]水温20℃,动物性饲料,甲状腺激素浓度为1.0 mg/L,有利于蝌蚪的生长发育。[结论]为工厂化养殖条件下的蝌蚪生长发育及变态提供了最优条件。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to grasp the effect of different factors on tadpole in growth and development process. [ Method] The effect of the different temperature, feedstuff, concentration of thyroid hormone to growth and development of tadpole from May to August in 2006 were studied. [ Result ] The results indicated that feeding animal feedstuff was beneficial to the growth and development of tadpole when the water temperature was 20 ℃ and the concentration of thyroid hormone was 1.0 mg/L. [ Conclusion] The eXperimental conditions were optimal for the growth and development and metamorphosis of tadpole.
