摘要
介绍了一套适用于小动物成像的高分辨微型CT成像系统。该系统采用用焦点为100μm的微焦点射线源和成像面积为13cm×13cm的平板探测器测量数据,以旋转扫描的锥束算法进行图像重建。经测试,平板探测器的MTF在调制度10%时,可达到31lp/cm;CT系统放大倍率为1.94时,分辨率可达185μm。用兔股骨为样品,可清晰观察到骨小梁结构,表明该系统可高分辨地实现小动物样本的三维结构成像。
A high resolution Micro-CT system for small animal imaging is introduced in this paper. Micro-focus X-ray tube with focal diameter of 100 μm and fiat panel detector with imaging area of 13cm × 13cm are adopted in this system. The data acquired in rotation scanning is reconstructed with cone beam algorithm. The resolving power of the detector is measured to be 31 lp/cm at 10% of the MTF. The resolution of the Micro-CT system could achieve 185 μm when the magnification factor is 1.94. Thighbone of a rabbit is used as sample imaging with the system. The trabecular bone could be imaged clearly. And the ability of small animal imaging of the system has been demonstrated.
