摘要
向熔融铜液中加入微量锂,可使铜中氧、硫等非金属夹杂含量大幅度下降,当加入锂量为最佳值时,工业纯铜中的氧可降至2×10-4%~3×10-4%,硫可降至5×10-4%,远远低于国标规定无氧铜的上限值。所以,锂对工业纯铜具有特别优异的净化作用。这是由于锂是化学活性相当高的一种元素,在铜熔点温度下,极易置换Cu2O,CuO和Cu2S中的氧和硫,生成Li2O和Li2S形成熔渣所致。
The micro alloying of lithium in the melting copper liquid can make the non metal impurities content decrease dramatically, such as oxygen and sulfur. When fraction of lithium added in copper liquid is optimum, oxygen is decreased to 2×10 -4 %~3×10 -4 % and sulfur is decreased to 5×10 -4 %. This is far away below the maximum, which is allowed in GB, so lithium has excellent purification effect on copper. That is because lithium is very active and it can displace the oxygen and sulfur in Cu 2O, CuO and Cu 2S at the copper's melting temperature. Thermodynamic analysis shows that these chemical reactions can proceed.
