摘要
目的:观察三维屈旋加平拉背压法治疗旁中央型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将203例旁中央型腰椎间盘突出症住院病人随机分为实验组(102例)和对照组(101例),分别采用三维屈旋加平拉背压法和三维屈曲旋转法治疗,于治疗后7d及治疗后1个月对比分析2组的临床疗效。结果:治疗后7d及治疗后1个月两组临床疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=24.8408,P<0.0001;χ2=18.0177,P<0.0001),实验组疗效优于对照组。结论:三维屈旋加平拉背压法可有效地治疗旁中央型腰椎间盘突出症,值得在临床推广。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of Three - Dimensional Flexion Rotational and Flick - Pressure Manipulation in the treatment of Paramedian Lumbar Disc Herniation. Methods：203 cases of hospitalized patients with Paramedian Lumbar Disc Herniation were randomly divided into experimental group （ 102 cases, treated by Three - Dimensional Flexion Rotational and Flick - Pressure Manipulation） and control group （ 101 cases,treated by Three - Dimensional Flexion Rotational Manipulation）. The curative effects were observed on seven day and one month after treatment. Results：Clinical curative effect in experimental group was better than that in control group on seven day and one month after treatment. There was significant difference between the two groups （ X2 = 24. 840 8, P 〈 0. 000 1 ; X2 = 18. 017 7, P 〈 0.000 1 ）. Conclusion：The Three -Dimensional Flexion Rotational and Flick -Pressure Manipulation has the efficient clinical effect in the treatment of Paramedian Lumbar Disc Herniation and it is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
