摘要
回顾了浙江省电力公司实施输变电设备状态检修的4个发展阶段,介绍了其总体思路及技术体系。首先明确了状态检修的核心是设备量化的状态评价,状态评价的基础数据主要来自各种实时运行、巡视、带电测试、预试等资料记录;然后梳理了状态检修、定期检修与设备运行及维修管理工作之间的关系,以及在线监测与状态检修工作之间的关系;最后介绍了输变电设备状态评价和检修策略辅助决策系统的功能框架、与其它管理信息系统之间的关系以及初步应用效果。
Four development stages implementing condition-based maintenance of power transmission and distribution equipments by Zhejiang provincial power company are retrospected, and its general thought and technological system are presented. First, the idea that the kernel of condition-based maintenance is quantized evaluation of equipment state, and the basic data of state evaluation is mainly from various real-time records of operation, patrol, live tests and preventive tests; then the relations among condition-based maintenance, regular overhauling, equipment operation and maintenance management as well as the relation between on-line monitoring and condtion-based maintenance are hackled; finally the function framework of state evaluation of power transmission and distribution equipments and auxiliary maintenance strategy decision-making system, the relation among this system and other management information systems and its preliminary application results are presented.
