摘要
介绍了个性化服务的内容及国内外的研究情况,在分析目前几种运用比较成熟的图书馆个性化服务模式基础上,指出依赖于智能技术的"主动性"服务应为个性化服务的发展方向。
This paper studies individualized information service and the relevant researches at home and abroad, analyzes several frequently-used individualized information service modes, and concludes that the ＂initiative＂ individualized information service mode based on intelligent technology will be the future trend.
