摘要 目的:探讨"三甲"医院护理部主任岗位培训需求。方法:便利抽取全国"三甲"医院的208位护理部主任和192位主管护理工作的院长,运用自行设计的问卷调查其对护理部主任岗位培训内容和方式的看法。结果:护理部主任认为最重要的前3位培训内容依次是人力资源管理、法律法规和护理管理知识;培训方式为培训班、参观学习和学术会议。院长认为最重要的前3位培训内容依次是护理管理知识、护理相关知识(心理、人文和财务)和法律法规;培训方式为培训班、参观学习和专题讲座。结论:护理部主任和主管院长均关注护理管理知识和法律法规的培训,培训方式多种多样,较认可培训班和参观学习的培训方式。 Objective: To explore the post training needs of both nursing directors and hospital presidents of grade 3A hospital in China. Methods: 208 directors of nursing department and 192 hospital presidents were conveniently sampled and surveyed by a self- developed questionnaire to investigate their opinions on post training' contents and methods for the nursing director. Results: For nursing department directors, the top three important contents of training were management of human resource, laws and regulations and knowledge about nursing management while the top three important methods of training were training courses, study visit and academic conference. For hospital presidents, the top three important contents of training were knowledge about nursing management, knowledge related to nursing (psychology, humanity and finance) and laws and regulations, while the top three methods of training were training courses, study visit and lectures. Conclusion: Both directors of nursing department and hospital presidents were concerned about laws and regulations and knowledge about nursing management. They preferred training courses and study visit as training methods.
