摘要
Azadegan#H1井为伊朗石油勘探开发公司在该油田部署的第一口水平井,水平段长900 m,完钻井深为3 905 m,垂深为2 760 m,钻井周期为87 d。该井的钻井液施工难点为:从Aghajari地层到Savark地层均易发生漏失,其中Gachsaran地层出现完全漏失的可能性极大;Gachsaran地层存在高压盐水层;PabdehI、lam和Lafan地层的大段泥质灰岩和泥页岩水敏性较强,井壁坍塌扩径严重;水平井段井眼清洁问题等。该井一开用PAC-HV膨润土钻井液,二开用KCl-聚合物钻井液,三开使用饱和盐水钻井液,四开使用KCl-聚合物钻井液,五开用盐水-聚合物钻井液,并通过使用相应的维护处理措施,顺利实现了安全、快速钻井要求。
Horizontal well Azadegan H1,having a horizontal length of 900 m,a completion depth of 3,905 m,and a vertical depth of 2,760 m,was drilled in 87 days.Difficulties encountered during drilling operation included the following: mud losses in formations between Aghajari and Savark,especially the Gachsaran formation in which complete mud loss may be encountered;high pressure saltwater zones in Gachsaran formation;argillaceous limestone and water sensitive shales in Pabdeh,Ilam and Lafan formations,and hole cleaning in the horizontal sections.Drilling fluids used in the four intervals were a high viscosity PAC/bentonite fluid,a KCl/polymer mud,a saturated saltwater mud,a KCl/polymer fluid and a saltwater polymer fluid,respectively.By properly maintaining the rheology and filtration property of these drilling fluids,the well was drilled smoothly and fast.
