摘要
在铂铼催化剂上引入助剂钇,采用新颖的制备方法,开发了三金属PRT重整催化剂。采用专用的制备方法,催化剂上的金属组元分布均匀。引入助剂钇后,可以明显提高铂金属组分的热稳定性。中型装置试验和工业应用试验表明,催化剂的积炭速率明显降低;催化剂具有较好的活性、选择性和稳定性。因此,催化剂具有较好的工业化应用效果。
With the addition of yttrium as a promoter to Pt-Re/Al2O3 catalyst and adoption of novel preparation method, the trimetallic PRT series catalytic reforming catalysts have been developed. The proprietary impregnation of PRT catalysts was adopted for the uniform distribution of metal components on the bulk of catalyst. With the addition of yttrium to Pt-Re/Al2O3 catalyst, the thermal stability of Pt was obviously improved. Pilot plant tests and commercial applications showed that PRT series catalysts provided high activity, selectivity and improvement in stability (observed by reduced coke on catalyst). Therefore, commercial application results of PRT series catalysts are satisfactory.
