摘要
细胞因子是免疫系统的重要调节因子,具有明显的免疫佐剂效应。随着鸡细胞因子(IL-2,IL-6,IL-12,IL-18,IFN-γ等)相继克隆成功,重组细胞因子在禽类疫苗中的应用研究也逐步深入。研究表明,用原核、真核载体或者病毒构建的细胞因子重组质粒或表达的重组蛋白,能很好的发挥免疫佐剂的活性。论文综述了细胞因子的免疫增强机制,以及重组细胞因子在现代禽类疫苗中的应用概况。
Cytokines, as crucial regulators of the immune system, have obvious effect of immune adjuvants. Recently,many chicken cytokine genes have been cloned successfully, and the application research of recombinant cytokines has been developed deeply. Studies have shown that recombinant plasmid or recombinant protein of eytokines constructed by prokaryotic, eukaryotic or viral vectors have very good immune adjuvant activities. This paper reviewed the cytokine mechanism,application research and the future development.
