摘要
目的 分析硅胶囊假体乳房增大成形术后并发症的发生原因及处理方法。方法 自2002年12月至2008年6月，诊治假体隆乳术术后并发症患者96例，其中包括纤维包膜挛缩、假体破裂渗漏、位置不佳、血肿等，分别采取相应的治疗方法进行修复。结果 所有并发症均经对症治疗后得以矫正，乳房形态恢复自然。经3—6个月随访，所有患者对修复后效果满意。结论 引起假体隆乳术后并发症的诱因很多，须做出正确的诊断，并以合理的方式进行修复，使乳房术后功能正常、外形自然。
Objective To analyze the reasons of the postoperative complications of mammary augmentations with silicone gel implant and to formulate the direct solutions. Methods From December 2002 to November 2008, 96 patients with obvious complications such as fibrous capsule contracture, breakage and leakage of the prothesis, undesirable position and hematoma underwent unequal treatments respectively. Results All patients in this group were cured and gained pretty appearance and favorable function. After 3 - 18 months follow- up, all cases showed satisfactory results. Conclusion The complications of augmentations with silicone gel implant have muhiformity. Therefore, we should always need correct diagnosis and make the reasonable methods for the corrective therapy to maintain the normal function and the natural contour.
