摘要
本文利用尖端效应内场致发射模型讨论了高温超导体材料的内场发射特性,并分析了高温超导体材料的临界转化温度与其局域电子密度的关系。
A tip effect interior field emission mechanism is used to explain the high-temperature superconductivity of HTSC materials. The TC relation to the local electron density is determined and its result is in agreement with that of positron lifetime spectrum experiment.
