摘要
采用水热合成法制备了金红石结构的ＴｉＯ２晶须，对晶须作了Ｘ射线衍射结构研究分析和扫描电镜形貌观察。
TiO2 whiskers were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis process. The XRD structural analysis and SEM morphology of the whiskers are described. A discussion on the formation mechanism is also briefly presented.
