This thesis briefly introduced the domestic and overseas research and development trends of aluminum alloy material used on the door of sedan, the technology requirements, research and development process, technology process of 5754 aluminum alloy plate used on the door of sedan, comparison of the same kind product produced internally and externally, and research and development results, etc.
