摘要
目的探讨自身免疫性肝炎的临床护理要点。方法回顾性分析18例自身免疫性肝炎患者的护理经验:症状观察、心理护理、用药护理、出院指导及健康教育。结果除2例死亡,2例因经济困难等原因自行停药外,其他患者症状得以控制。结论及早确诊、遵医嘱服药、加强健康教育是提高患者的生存质量和生存期的关键。
Objective To explore the nursing care of patients with auto-immune hepatitis. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the nursing experience of 18 patients with autoimmune hepatitis. The followings were included ： symptom observation, psychological care, guidance for taking medicine and leaving hospital, health ed- ucation. Results Except that 2 patients died and 2 patients gave up the treatment because of the economic reason, all the other patients＇symptoms were alleviated. Conclusion Early diagnosis, taking medicine following the doctor＇s advice, strengthening the health education are the keys to improve the patient＇s life quality and to prolong the patient＇s survival periods.
