摘要
为有效预防与控制各种应急事件带来的危害,降低灾害带来的伤害程度,军队医院应当立足于平时,着眼战时,从战争的角度不断提高认识,健全组织,完善预案,科学演练,面对各种自然灾害时才能从容应对与正确处置。
In order to effectively prevent and control the harmful effects of the emergency cases and reduce the damage caused by disasters, military hospitals should promote the capability to deal with emergencies by means of the following measures, which included enhancing awareness, improving the organizations and the plans, scientifically.
