摘要
目的:建立高效的医疗救护分队业务流程,采用信息化手段得以实现。方法:根据业务流程重组理论的一般原理和方法,对医疗救护分队现有业务流程进行分析,发现瓶颈,充分运用无线网络技术、条码技术等信息化手段,对现有业务流程重组。结果:建立了信息化技术支持下的医疗救护分队业务流程,提高了医疗救护分队在野战条件下的保障能力。
Objective： To establish efficient business processes for medical unit According to the general principles and methods of BPR, we study the original b by using digital means. Methods： usiness processes of medical unit in order to find the bottlenecks, and reengineering the business processes by making full use of wireless network and bar- code technology. Results： New business processes for medical unit based on digital technology are formed, and the support capabilities of medical unit under the conditions of field are increased.
