摘要
实验研究了在相同培养条件下４种不同酵母富硒能力的大小。结果表明不同种类的酵母富硒能力有显著差异，而且培养条件对４种不同酵母的富硒量也有明显影响。
Selenium rich ability of four species of yeasts were studied under the same culture condition in this paper.The results showed that there are obvious differences among selenium rich ability of these yeasts.At the same time,the culture condition had also great influence on quantity of selenium rich ability of yeasts.
