摘要 组织工程血管的构建是组织工程的重要内容,它是将种子细胞在体外种植于生物可吸收材料的血管支架上,形成多层细胞层,随着支架的吸收,可建立自体血管。组织工程血管应具有高度生物相容性、可塑性、异物反应小、无致血栓生成、无感染等特点,并且随着组织的长大,最终可成为完全意义上的自体血管。文章比较了几种人造血管材料,支架的加工技术,种子细胞和血管培养的内容,便于探寻一种更好制备人造血管的方法。 Vascular construction is an important content in tissue engineering domain, in vitro implanting seed cells on absorbable scaffold materials to form multi-layered cellular layer and establish autoblood vessels along the scaffold absorption. The tissue-engineered vessels are characterized by high biocompatibility and plasticity, less foreign body reaction, and no thrombus production and infection; in addition, the vessels may finally become autoblood vessels in the complete significance. In this article, artificial vascular materials, scaffold processing methods, and vascular culture of seed cells were compared to explore an ideal method to make artificial vessels.
