摘要 要转变发展观,实施可持续发展战略,离不开在全社会范围内广泛深入地开展环境教育,中国环境教育立法问题是法学领域的迫切需要解决的重要课题。发达国家在环境教育方面的成功经验可供我们借鉴,环境教育立法目前已具备充足的理论依据。应确定政府主导、社会参与的环境教育模式,着手制定《中华人民共和国环境教育法》。 In order to transform the development viewpoint, and carry out the sustainable development policy, a widespread and profound environmental education is necessary throughout the country. The legislation research in environmental education in China calls for immediate solution. We could learn from developed countries in environmental education. Environmental education legislation has been fully equipped with the theoretical basis. We are supposed to determine the government-led and community-participated model for environmental education and take steps in drawing up the Environmental Education Act of People's Republic of China.
