摘要 突触可塑性是学习和记忆的细胞分子学基础,探讨突触可塑性及其相关物质对于揭示学习和记忆的分子机制有非常重要的意义。目前研究发现长时记忆需要新的RNA和蛋白质的合成,由此可见各种物质的作用与突触可塑性密切相关,因而也与学习记忆密切相关。为此,本文着重就上述物质与突触可塑性变化和学习记忆关系的研究作一综述。 Synaptic plasticity is the molecular cell basis in learning and memory. It' s very important in discussing synaptic plasticity and related materials to reveal the molecular mechanism of learning and memory. The current studies found that the long-term memory needs new RNA and proteins. So the functions of the related materials are closely related to the synaptic plasticity, therefore are associated with learning and memory. This review is to address the studies of materials which are related to the change of synaptic plasticity,learning and memory.
