摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在胃肠道手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2008年1月~2009年1月间在我院行胃肠道手术的患者115例进行人性化护理,观察患者的情绪状态、病情恢复时间和满意度。结果人性化护理后患者SAS以及SDS量表评分均较护理前明显降低,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者0~10d恢复22例(19.13%),10~20d恢复53例(46.09%),20~30d恢复30例(26.09%),>30d恢复10例(8.07%);本组患者满意度98.26%。结论人性化护理能显著的提高患者的满意度并提高护理服务质量,值得应用。
Objective To invesgate the effect of application about humanistic nursing in patients with gastrointestinal tract operations. Methods 115 cases with gastrointestinal tract operations in our hosptial from January in 2008 to January in 2009 were selceted, and the emotional state, time of recover and rate of satisfaction were observed. Results The scores of SAS and SDS were fewer after humanistic nursing than those before humanistic nursing, and there was significant difference between two groups(P 〈 0.05). There were 22 cases(19. 13%) recoved in 10 days, 53 cases(46.09%) recoved from 10 days to 20 days, 30 cases(26.09%) recoved from 20 days to 30 days,10 cases(8. 07%) recoved after 30 days.The rate of satisfaction was 98.26%. Conclusion The humanistic nursing in patients with gastrointestinal tract operation can improve the rate of satisfaction and the quality of service, which is worthy of clinical application.
