摘要
目的通过对低钠血症患者临床资料进行分析,以提高对本症的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析30例低钠血症患者的临床表现及治疗方法。结果本组病例误诊率40%,治疗有效率66.7%。结论低钠血症可防可治,病因多,症状无特征性,易误诊,临床医师要加强对本症的认识,避免误诊。
Objective To analyze the clinical data of hyponatremia in patients to improve the diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Methods The clinical manifestations and treatment of 30 cases of hyponatremia in patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The results showed the misdiagnosis rate of 40% and treatment efficiency of 66.7% in this group. Conclusion Hyponatremia has the features of more etiology, non-characteristic symptoms, and often misdiagnosed, but can be preventable and curable. Clinicians should improvetheir knowledge of hyponatremia so as to avoid misdiagnosis.
