摘要
针对传统的基于直轴电流调整的永磁同步电动机系统效率优化时间长的难题,提出一种通过在线搜索磁链实现输入功率最小的效率优化算法。该算法在永磁同步电动机系统动态调速的基础上,以规划磁链为初始值进行单向搜索实现效率优化,并避免了转矩补偿环节,结构简单,有效地提高了寻优的快速性和系统稳定性。
To overcome the difficulty in PMSM efficiency optimization control based on d-axis current, an algorithm of efficiency optimization control to make the input power minimum using online searching flux linkage was put forward. In the algorithm which was on the basis of dynamic speed variation, the programmed-flux was regarded as the initial value, and the efficiency was optimized by searching flux in single direction. The process of compensating torque was avoided and the configuration of the PMSM drive system was simple. The speed of optimizing and the stability of the system are improved in the algorithm.
