摘要
整体护理是目前我国护理改革的主要理念，功能性健康型态不仅是整体护理概念知识化的理论框架，更重要的是它可以结合护理诊断，通过护理程序转化成具体的护理行为，将整体护理的理念实践于临床。就目前护理临床改革中如何运用功能性健康型态实践整体护理进行了讨论。
The concept of holistic nursing care is one of the major philosophies for current nursing reform in China.The Functional Health Patterns is a framework based on the concept of holistic nursing and it can be integrated with nursing diagnosis and nursing process to describe clinical nursing care behavior.The strategies necessary to achieve the goal of holistic nursing care for the clinical nursing reform by using the framework of Functional Health Patterns were discussed.
