摘要
土壤样品经预处理后,采用DTPA(二乙基三胺五乙酸)提取液提取其中的有效态铜元素,通过原子吸收分光光度计,在最佳测定条件下,利用标准曲线法,完成对土壤中有效金属元素铜的测定。方法操作简便,线性范围大,结果精密度高,准确度好,可以满足土壤样品中有效铜元素测定的需要。
After pretreatment of soil samples, the experiment used DTPA(diethyl DTPA) to extract the copper-effective, and in the best condition of determination, used the standard curve method to complete the determination of copper-effective in soil by AAS. The method was simple, linear range, the results of high precision, accuracy, and could meet effectively the needs of the determination of copper in soil samples.
