摘要
研究了以木薯淀粉为原料,用干法工艺合成羧甲基淀粉(CMS)。探讨了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量、醚化剂用量及体系含水量等因素对木薯羧甲基淀粉取代度(DS)的影响,并通过正交试验进行了优化。结果表明,合成木薯CMS的最优工艺条件为反应时间180 min、反应温度75℃、NaOH与淀粉的摩尔比0.80、ClCH2COOH与淀粉的摩尔比0.60、反应体系水的含量20%。在此条件下合成的CMS的DS约为0.35%。
Carboxymethyl starch (CMS) was synthesized by dry method, using cassava starch as material. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, catalyst amount, etherifying agent amount and system water content on DS of carboxymethyl starch were investigated. The technique conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment as follow: the reaction time was 120 min, the reaction temperature was 75℃, the mole ratio of NaOH to the starch was 0.80, the mole ratio of ClCH2COOH to the starch was 0.6, the water content in system was 20%. The content of DS of the CMS was around 0.35% under the synthetic condition.
