摘要
应用时差法测量原理设计的超声波流量计,计时的准确度直接影响流量计计量精度.采用53H的改进算法能有效剔除由混响、电磁干扰等引起的误差计量,实验仿真和在硬件上的实际应用,证明该算法是有效的.
The accuracy of the time testing directly influences the measurement precision of the ultrasonic flow-meter with time difference method. The emission signal will scatter due to inhomogeneity of the fluid interface. The scattering signal overlaps and the reverberation forms. It seriously affects the measurement precision. In this paper, the improved algorithm of 53H can effectively remove error measurement, which is caused by the reverberation and electromagnetic interference. The experimental simulations and practical application of hardware show this algorithm is effective.
