同水胶比下高效减水剂对硫铝酸盐型膨胀剂效能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 详细地研究了在水胶比保持不变的条件下,掺入萘系、氨基及聚羧酸高效减水剂对硫铝酸盐型膨胀剂效能的影响。结果表明:高效减水剂和硫铝酸盐型膨胀剂复合使用时,会降低膨胀剂的限制膨胀率,降低复掺萘系和氨基的自由膨胀率,增大膨胀指数,从而降低其有效膨胀能。因此,在膨胀剂掺量相同的情况下,复合使用高效减水剂会削弱硫铝酸盐型膨胀剂对混凝土的补偿收缩作用或产生的自应力,故高效减水剂与膨胀剂复合使用时,要想达到单掺膨胀剂时的膨胀效果,要适当加大膨胀剂的用量。 The influences of naphthalene series, amino sulfonic and polycarboxylate superplasticizer on the performances of sulfo-aluminate expansive agents were investigated in the same waterbinder ratio systematically.The results showed that superplasticizer used together with sulfo-aluminate expansive agents can reduce restrained-expansion rate of expansive agent,and drop free-expansion rate mixing naphthalene series and amino sulfonic, increase expansion index, so resulting in the reduction of efficient expansion energy of expansive agent.Therefore,under the same amount used, superplasticizer can decrease the shrinkage-compensation action or self-stress ofsulfo-aluminate expansive agent for concrete.When expansive agents are used together with superplasticizers, if the effects of expansive agent used separately are wanted to achieve, the used amount of expansive agents should be increased suitably.
